Friendly staff. Clean cool and comfortable room.

Super clean - Staff was really friendly and reception was available 24/7 - The bed was very comfortable - The room in which I was placed was quiet - Free Wi-Fi on the premises - A bottle of water as a compliment

Booked as attending an exhibition at Dusseldorf Messe and worked out ideal - especially as a tram stop only 5 minutes away (this going into the city as well). Room was ideal as had a desk area and air conditioning. Ate out a few times locally and was pleasantly surprised at the number and range of local restaurants. Plus a local high street a few minutes walk away with a Woolworths and plenty of other everyday shops.

I accidentally left my car keys in the room and the staff were excellent in contacting me and in posting them back to me in the UK.

Well situated, nice design of the interior, comfortable bed and impeccable, modern bathroom. The breakfast was really good, plenty of options including fresh fruits and pastry which I always enjoy. The staff was very nice, I needed help with printing some documents and the receptionist was the kindest to do that, also offered a lot of the much needed information to get around the city.
