Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf Zentrum

The check in was super easy. The bus stop to the train station is literally outside the door and takes 10 minutes. The bus on the other side takes you to the centre. The room is super clean and your bed is made daily and fresh towels if you want them. The room is a good size. This is excellent value for money. We will definitely be back. Good information available in your room as to how the facilities all work.

Super clean - Staff was really friendly and reception was available 24/7 - The bed was very comfortable - The room in which I was placed was quiet - Free Wi-Fi on the premises - A bottle of water as a compliment

Booked as attending an exhibition at Dusseldorf Messe and worked out ideal - especially as a tram stop only 5 minutes away (this going into the city as well). Room was ideal as had a desk area and air conditioning. Ate out a few times locally and was pleasantly surprised at the number and range of local restaurants. Plus a local high street a few minutes walk away with a Woolworths and plenty of other everyday shops.

I accidentally left my car keys in the room and the staff were excellent in contacting me and in posting them back to me in the UK.
